FIELD: measuring equipment; means of calibration of pH-meters. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of pH meter calibration comprises addition of pH varying substance to the medium, measurement of specific electric conductivity of the solution thus obtained, and the use of the result for determination of pH value. According to the invention, before the step of dosed addition, the medium is filtered on ion-exchange resins until specific electric conductivity becomes not higher than 0.06 mcOhm/cm, dosing is performed using vapour of pH varying substance, pH value is determined from the measured specific electric conductivity value of the produced single-component solution, and this pH value is set on the pH meter under calibration. A device for calibration of pH meters is also proposed. ^ EFFECT: more precise calibration of pH meters, broader technological opportunities and simplification of the calibration method and the device for its implementation, reduction of calibration time. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
