A wireless electromagnet switching control device and a method thereof are provided to turn on/off various indoor lamps manually operated by a person, automatically and by wireless by using driving force of an electromagnet and to prevent crimes and thefts by opening and closing a lock device of a gate automatically and by wireless. A wireless electromagnet switching control device is composed of a microcomputer control unit(20) for controlling an electromagnet by a wireless remote signal received from a remote controller of a user or a CPU(Central Processing Unit), the programmed sunrise/sunset time, and the output of an illuminance sensor; an electromagnet control unit(30) for intermitting an opening and closing device through driving of the electromagnet by operating the electromagnet according to the control of the microcomputer control unit; and an electric switch/lock device(40) controlled by intermitting of the opening and closing device.
