ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICES

An organic light emitting device is provided to exhibit improved life characteristic, low driving voltage, and increased luminous efficiency by improving interfacial characteristic. An organic light emitting device includes an anode, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and a cathode. The organic light emitting device has a first buffer layer interposed between the light emitting layer and hole transport layer or/and a second buffer layer interposed between the light emitting layer and electron transport layer. The first buffer layer comprises a light emitting material and a hole transport material. The light emitting material and hole transport material are simply mixed, or has a concentration gradient.
