<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage enabling easy reduction in allergens while maintaining deliciousness at home or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The storage is provided with an allergen detection means 21 to quantify allergens, and a control means 19 equipped to take such an action as to reduce the allergens until information detected via the detection means and a selected allergen-reduction level are satisfied, and thereby enabling reduction in the allergens while suppressing the loss in protein responsible for nutrients and/or deliciousness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
