An earpiece for an earphone is provided to protect a function of an ear by blocking external noises by using a body made of a polyurethane material used as a material of hearing loss preventing ear plug. An earpiece for an earphone includes an earpiece body(10) and a reinforcement ring(20). The earpiece is mounted on a front of an earphone head. The earpiece body includes a rear part(12) and a front part(13) in an outer part of the earpiece body. The rear part has a round portion having a larger diameter. The front part has a taper portion(11). The reinforcement ring is made of a silicon material. The reinforcement ring has a plurality of protrusions(21,22) on an outer periphery of the earpiece body. The reinforcement ring is inserted into an inside of the earpiece body, that is, an inside of the rear part.
