PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics intended for the applications of a royal jelly protein hydrolyzate as an ingredient thereof, particularly skin-brightening cosmetics, skin care cosmetics, antiaging cosmetics, cosmetics for lustrous skin and cosmetics for ameliorating/preventing wrinkles, and to provide a hyaluronic acid production promoter. SOLUTION: The hyaluronic acid production promoter containing a protein hydrolyzate as a royal jelly material is provided.
