<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub and a bathroom for facilitating bathing even for an aged person, a person with disability, or the like and improving the sealability of a bathtub lid as well. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub 8 includes a bathtub wall 18 on an entry side and a bathtub wall 19 facing, and recessed parts 24 and 33 are formed at the center parts of the respective upper surfaces of the bathtub walls 18 and 19.
