PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device that achieves power-consumption reduction, reduction in response time to a command from another terminal, and power-saving in a communication terminal. SOLUTION: A plurality of network modules 202, 204 in the same frequency band are mounted to a communication terminal 110. A processor 207 regularly executes power supply to the wireless module 202 having a small transfer rate and lower power consumption. The processor 207 continuously selects a wireless module to be started on the basis of data received from a server via the module 202. The module 202 is used for transmission/reception of small-capacity data. The module 204 having a large transfer rate and larger power consumption is used for transmission/reception of large-capacity data. The processor 207 instructs a change of a communication parameter such as a wireless channel of the other module 204 on the basis of the communication quality of the module 202.
