An apparatus for attaching/detaching storing units is provided to have mounting grooves for improving convenience in using storing units different in size. An apparatus for attaching/detaching storing units comprises a main base(22) installed at a main chassis(20), a unit tray(40), and a driving unit. The unit tray moving on the main base has mounting grooves(42,46) for mounting storing units. The driving unit placed at the main base drives the unit tray. A groove(24) is formed by recessing the upper portions of the main base and has the driving unit. The driving unit consists of a driving motor(26) shifting the unit tray, a gear pulley(28) placed at a rotary shaft of the driving motor, and a driving gear(30). The driving gear connected to the gear pulley is rotated by the driving motor. A rack gear is positioned at the lower part of the unit tray to be engaged with the driving gear.
