PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ejection failures at the time of continuous ejection which are caused in initial filling of ink to an inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording system has a center line average roughness Ra of a piezoelectric element of 0.05-2μm and a viscosity of the ink of 2.0-10.0 mPa s. Moreover, the inkjet recording system satisfies the following formula (1). [In the formula, r is an arithmetic surface roughness (m) of a surface of the piezoelectric element which constitutes a pressure chamber wall surface,γis a surface tension (mN/m) of the ink,ηis the viscosity (mPa s) of the ink, andθis an angle of contact (degrees) of the ink to the piezoelectric element].
