A scupper with a separated sleeve and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent break of the scupper during construction processes by installing a lower body in the sleeve, which is buried under a floor in advance. In a scupper with a separated sleeve(1), the sleeve, which is separated from a lower body, has a flange(1'). The flange is buried under concrete mortar. The lower body is installed in the sleeve, and secured to a mounting portion, or the sleeve by fastening members. A cover(3) is mounted in a hole(1") of the sleeve to prevent foreign materials from entering while concrete mortar is poured and cured. |
