<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a printed matter where characters to which predetermined operations are not applied for its distribution target person do not coexist, and which does not interfere with understanding of the contents for each distribution target person. <P>SOLUTION: In a host terminal 10, a learned Chinese character management TB 131 holds learned Chinese character management information where information of being learned is added to Chinese characters learned by each grade until now in a Chinese character allocation table for each grade.
