PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a durable waterproofing layer structure and an execution method of a fiber-reinforced waterproofing structure made of a cold setting radical polymerization resin which can secure a joint condition equal to a glass fiber chopped strand mat reinforcing and enhancing waterproofing structure, which can prevent a deterioration of work environment caused by glass fibers, which can prevent generation of bad smell, which can prevent the release of a solvent, and which has high distortion resistance performance. SOLUTION: The waterproofing structure is constituted by the fiber-reinforced waterproofing layer of which the essential constituent materials are a paint material and a mat-shaped fiber-reinforced cloth. The main ingredient of the paint material is the cold setting radical polymerization resin, and the main constituent material of the mat-shaped fiber-reinforced cloth is vinyl acetal chopped strand and thermal-adhesion fibers. Because of this, the waterproofing layer structure can be obtained which is excellent in permeability and roller workability, which has no level differences of joints, and which can eliminate release of glass fibers.
