PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, low-cost high frequency circuit component having a good isolation characteristic between transmission and reception, without adding any switch circuit to the reception circuit side, even in a frequency band in which a transmission frequency band partially overlaps with a reception frequency band. SOLUTION: A switch circuit includes a laminate body substrate, a transmission line provided on an upper face or the inside of the above laminate body substrate, a first diode and a second diode respectively connected to the both ends of the above transmission line, a resistor connected to the first diode for applying current to the first and the second diodes, a first capacitor having one end connected to one end of the resistor and the other end connected to the ground, and a second capacitor connected in parallel to the transmission line.
