PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic and water-repellent woven fabric having antistatic properties, water repellency and soft touch, and to provide clothing using the antistatic and water-repellent woven fabric. SOLUTION: The antistatic and water-repellent woven fabric is obtained by weaving a yarn A composed of a core-sheath conjugated fiber having an antistatic polyester arranged at least in a core component and applying the woven fabric to water-repellent processing. The core-sheath conjugated fiber has a single filament fineness of≤1.2 dtex and the yarn A is subjected to false-twist crimp processing.
