<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hard coat processed panel with which film thickness of a coating film formed on a substrate surface can be freely set and thereby the hard coat processed panel having excellent surface hardness can be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the hard coat processed panel having hardened layers formed on one side and on the other side of the plate-shaped substrate has a process of preparing the substrate, a process of disposing cover plates of size equivalent to or larger than the substrate respectively on one side and on the other side of the substrate, a process of charging a curable resin respectively between the substrate and the cover plates disposed on one side and on the other side of the substrate, a process of curing the curable resin charged between the substrate and the cover plates respectively disposed on one side and on the other side of the substrate by using a curing means to form hardened layers on one side and on the other side of the substrate and a process of peeling respective cover plates disposed on one side and on the other side of the substrate after formation of the hardened layers on one side and on the other side of the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
