PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining an ultraviolet cured foamed sheet having no surface stickiness and stable in quality. SOLUTION: One plastic film 11 of two plastic films 11 and 31 at least one of which has ultraviolet transmitting properties is coated with a mechanically foamed ultraviolet curable resin raw material P, and the other plastic film 31 is laminated or the surface of the mechanically foamed ultraviolet curable resin raw material P. The formed laminate is irradiated with ultraviolet rays through the ultraviolet transmitting plastic film 31 to cure the ultraviolet curable resin raw material to obtain the ultraviolet cured foamed sheet A.
