PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that can be promptly recovered even when the supply of services is stopped because public services are the infrastructure of life while it is desirable to have various payment methods of public utility charges because everyone is equally in need of public services.

SOLUTION: The public utility charge electronic settlement system for improving convenience of public services is constructed by diversifying the payment method of public utility charges by an electronic settlement function, and providing a service supply management function interlocked with the settlement function.
