A dustproof apparatus for exercise for minimizing respiratory resistance is provided to prevent inspiration and expiration from being mixed by enabling a user to inhale fresh air and exhale air through different paths. A dustproof apparatus for exercise for minimizing respiratory resistance includes: a mask(1) closely attached to a user's nose and mouth; an air purifying case(2) purifying the outside harmful air and storing the purified air; a valve(3) connected to the mask, and varying inflow and outflow paths of air according to a user's inspiration and expiration; and a tube(4) connected between the air purifying case and valve, and moving air from the air purifying case to the valve.
