<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black-colored resin composition capable of forming a picture element with a good figure and good precision in processing without peeling away of the picture element, even when a resin black matrix is fabricated into a fine wire. <P>SOLUTION: In the black resin composition comprising at least one kind of a polyimide precursor, a solvent and a light shielding agent, at least one kind of the polyimide precursors in the polyimide precursors is the one with imino group and/or iminocarbonyl group, and when the entire of the at least one kind of the polyimide precursors is imidized to make a polyimide resin, a concentration C(mol/g) of the imino group and/or the iminocarbonyl group to whole of the polyimide is ≥1.5×10<SP>-4</SP>mol/g and ≤5.0×10<SP>-4</SP>mol/g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
