PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine capable of facilitating setting and connection to a driving vehicle and improving operativeness, by preventing the rotation of a connecting structural body based on a supporting beam in a fixed direction by a locking apparatus. SOLUTION: A connecting structural body 4 and a supporting beam 5 are held by an elastic deformation element 18 of a lightening apparatus 6 at a setting position. A locking apparatus 7 prevents (i) the rotation of a first joint coupler 14 around an axis 14a in the longitudinal direction based on the supporting beam 5 of the connecting structural body 4 and (ii) the rotation of a second joint coupler 17 around a longitudinal axis 17a based on a cutting mechanism 3 of the supporting beam 5. Preferably, the locking apparatus 7 has a stopper device for limiting the rotation of the first joint coupler 14 around the axis 14a in the longitudinal direction based on the supporting beam 5 of the connecting structural body 4.
