A structure for a hot water tank in a vacuum and steam cleaner is provided to improve the stability by installing a heater at the upper part of a water tub toward the inside of a storage room. A structure for a hot water tank in a vacuum and steam cleaner comprises a head(120) for the cleaner, and a water tub(200) installed at a discharging hole inside the head to discharge water into steam. The water tub consists of a fixing hole(212) for installing a heater member at the upper part of the water tub and a hole(216) for jetting water, a storage room(230) at the lower part of the water tub, a barrier for forming an outlet at an opposite position, a guide pipe(226) guiding discharge of vapor, and a display pipe(227) displaying charging position of water. The heater member has a heater(242), which is inserted through the fixing hole formed at the upper part of the water tub, installed toward the bottom of the storage room. An injection plug(118) includes an injection hole(115) of the head, and an assembling shaft(119) closing and opening the hole for jetting water in the water tub in sequence.
