摘要 A combined structure of a brake pad and a cover shim for a caliper assembly is provided to remove a coining process during a pad process, to improve combining force between the cover shim and the pad, and to reduce noise by forming a curved part on the clip and preventing the clip from being interfered from the pad. A combined structure of a brake pad(1) and a cover shim for a caliper assembly has a clip(4). The clip is formed at the cover shim combined with a brake pad which is pressed by a piston(52), is formed with a contact surface(2) to be surface-contacted when combined with the pad, and a curved part(3) preventing the edge part of the pad from being interfered from the cover shim. The brake pad is not formed with an inclined part to prevent the edge part of the pad from being interfered from the clip. A catching protrusion(5) is formed at the pad to prevent the separation of the clip when contact surface of the clip is combined with the pad.
