PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent correct answer elements from being discriminated by a third person using intersection attack when respective elements of an element group for authentication are presented to a person to be authenticated so as to make him designate correct answer elements for performing authentication. SOLUTION: Authentication environment conditions (total number jn of phrases to be reproduced on authentication, the maximum number jt and minimum number jb of correct answer phrases, the number tn of correct answer candidate phrases as the object of correct answer phrase selection, and the number dn of confusing answer candidate phrases as the object of confusing answer phrases selection or the like) are acquired (100), and the appearance rate of respective cases in which the number i of the correct answer phrases in jn pieces of phrases to be reproduced is different from each other is determined so that the difference of probability that the respective correct answer/confusing answer candidate phrases appear in the jn pieces of phrases can be minimized (102), and the number i of the correct answer phrases is determined based on the determined appearance rate of each case (104, 106), and the i pieces of correct answer candidate phrases are selected as correct answer phrases, and the (jn-i) pieces of confusing answer candidate phrases are selected as confusing answer phrases, and a music list is created (108, 110).
