PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved part structure of an endoscope preventing the bite of an outer jacket between nodal rings when curving a curved part and facilitating the manufacture of an endoscope insertion part. SOLUTION: By providing a swelling part 39 on the part of an outer jacket tube 38 positioned at a gap part S between the respective nodal rings 31 along the insertion direction of the insertion part 2 of the endoscope 1 and deforming the swelling part 39 of the outer jacket tube 38 in the direction of bending it to the outer side at a part positioned on the inner side of the curve of the curved part 5 accompanying the turning operation of the respective nodal rings 31, the outer jacket tube 38 is prevented from being bitten between the respective nodal rings 31 when curving the curved part 5.
