A thrombolytically active composition comprising in combination a modified tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) as a major component and a normal human t-PA, streptokinase or human urokinase as a minor component in a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient; a method of treating a thrombotic disorder; and a medicinal kit or package for use in treating thrombotic disorders.
