PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a dynamic image that achieves a natural expression of the interaction between a fluid and an object based on one still image. SOLUTION: From one input still image, the boundary of an object caused to interact with a deforming/moving fluid is defined as an interaction area, and after the speed vector of the interaction area has been substituted into an advection equation, the interaction area is calculated after being deformed/moved. A condition for setting at zero the speed vector of the fluid area at the boundary of the interaction area deformed/moved is given to a Navier-Stokes equation, and the speed vector of a fluid area is corrected. The speed vector corrected is substituted into the advection equation and the fluid area is calculated after being deformed/moved, whereby an expression of fluidic, interactive deformation/movement is made possible in a dynamic image resulting from a combination of the fluid area after the deformation/movement and the result of calculating the interaction area.
