<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of improving operation stability by suppressing characteristic variance. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 2 operated by using a voltage VDD supplied from an external power supply circuit 3 as a power supply voltage is provided with first and second semiconductor circuits 6 and 5 formed on the same semiconductor substrate, and a voltage control circuit 4 formed on the semiconductor substrate and holding control information CNT to control the voltage VDD generated by the external power supply circuit 3 according to the operation performance of the semiconductor integrated circuit device 2.
