An electric wire peeling device and an electric wire peeling system using the same are provided to sort out inferior electric wires without an additional checking process by accurately measuring peeled length of the electric wire after finishing peeling work. An electric wire peeling device includes first and second bodies(110,120), a support(130), a transfer device(140), and a power device(150). The first body has a first cutting blade(111) and a first front peeling blade(112). The second body has a second cutting blade(121) and a second front feeling blade(122). The support movably supports the first and second bodies. The transfer device reciprocates the first and second bodies in the support. The power device supplies power to the transfer device. The electric wire peeling device further includes first and second power checking units(114,124). The first and second power checking units are formed on the first and second bodies respectively and have one ends connected to the power device and the other ends to flow current to a peeled part of an electric wire.
