A reservoir apparatus is provided to make a drain passage easily by bringing holes formed on first and second piled members into line. A reservoir apparatus includes piled members in a storing space. Water flows between the piled members. The piled member includes a first piled member(S1) and a second piled member(S2). Each piled member, which is a square shape of 2L * 2L, includes at least two crests and at least one valley. The valley is formed between the crests. Two crests are symmetrical to the crest. An element is formed at the back side of the crest. The piled member is made of synthetic resin material and provided with four holes(4~7). Each hole is bored at the point 1/4*root2L distant from each summit.
