An absorptive polymer-cement concrete composition is provided to improve crack resistance due to drying shrinkage and sagging and extend a durable period owing to high bending strength and tensile strength. An absorptive polymer-cement concrete composition is obtained by mixing 10-20wt% of cement, 40-45wt% of fine aggregate, 30-35wt% of coarse aggregate, 1-5wt% of a re-emulsification type powder resin, 0.1-3wt% of a highly absorptive polymer, 0.001-2wt% of a plasticizer, 0.001-0.01wt% of an antifoaming agent, and 0.2-5wt% of fiber, based on the total composition. The highly absorptive polymer is selected from the group comprising polyvinylalcohol/polyacrylic acid-based or starch/polyacrylic acid graft-based absorptive polymers. Further, the re-emulsification type powder resin is selected one or a mixture from a group comprising polyvinylalcohol-based, styrene butadiene rubber-based, PVA-VeoVa, polyvinylethylene-based and ethylene vinyl acetate-based resin.
