PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of generating IR image data with high contrast from an imaging signal to be obtained from an imaging device. SOLUTION: The image processor includes: a color image data generating part 54 for generating the imaging signal of an R (red) component, the imaging signal of a G (green) component, and the imaging signal of a B (blue) component which are output from the imaging element 100; an IR image data generating part 53 for generating the IR image data from the imaging signal of an IR (infrared ray) component to be output from the imaging element 100; and a high contrast IR image data generating part 55 for generating high-contrast IR image data, where the contrast of the IR image data is raised, through the use of the color image data and the IR image data.
