A process for production of gypsum plaster comprises the dosing of plaster components – water, gypsum binder of &bgr;-modification, fillers and additive, load of the components into the mixer and mixing of components. As an additive the mixture of the quicklime or slack lime in quantity of 2…3 % from binder by weight (counting on CaO), with plasticizers of polycarboxylate or polyacrylate type in quantity of 0.6…0.8 % from binder by weight is used; as mixer the tempering mill is used, but dosing of plaster components, load of the components to the mixer and mixing are carried out in two stages: at first water, gypsum binder of &bgr;-modification and additive to the obtaining of homogeneous solution are dosed, loaded and mixed, and after that to obtained solution the filler is dosed and the solution is mixed with the filler. |
