PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a door panel capable of certainly laminating a decorative sheet along the back of a transparent base material which has a bent part deppressed from the back of the transparent base material to be protruded to the surface thereof, formed to its end part. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 3 and the transparent base material 2 of the door panel 1, having a bent part 4, which is depressed from its back side to be protruded to its front surface side, formed to its end part 2a are arranged to a lamination processing space 6, and simultaneously or after the vacuum drawing of the lamination processing space 6, the sheet surface of the decorative sheet 3 facing the bent part 4 of the base material 2 is pressed to the back of the bent part 4 by the press means 25 provided to a vacuum laminator 5 and pressure difference is produced between the spaces 6a and 6b bisected by the decorative sheet 3 of the lamination processing space 6 to laminate the decorative sheet 3 along the back of the base material 2 containing the bent part 4.
