The first identifying agent is placed on surface of individual chips comprising the first code, and the second identifying agent comprising the second code. The third identifying agent is placed on surface of the common multichip zone comprising the third and the second code. Multichip prepared by method is used for DNA diagnosis by hybridization of amplification products of analyzed DNA with probes localized on surface of indicated multichip or on surface of chips prepared by separation from indicated multichip. Also, multichip is used in a set used for identification of biopolymers in common with reagents for preparing a sample and carrying out identification of biopolymers. Invention provides enhancing effectiveness and deceasing cost of analysis of biopolymers.
