<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit capable of improving transmission characteristics by simple constitution and corresponding to a wide band while considering voltage maximum points from the opened end of a slot line. <P>SOLUTION: In the high frequency circuit, a slot line 1 is formed on one surface of a dielectric substrate, a microstrip line 2 orthogonal to the slot line 1 is formed on the other surface, the slot line 1 has an open end, a wire coupling position 3 where the slot line 1 intersects with the microstrip line 2 is set on the position of the voltage maximum point or its vicinity and a position of 1/8 wavelength or less from the open end or a position of 1/16 wavelength from the open end or its vicinity, and electromagnetic coupling is used for the wire coupling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
