PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shutting-off valve 10 having a valve plate not generating large noise by vibration attendant on opening/closing. SOLUTION: The fuel shutting-off valve 10 is provided with a float mechanism 50 in a float valve chamber 30S of a casing 20, and opens/closes a connection passage 32a by increasing/reducing buoyancy by a fuel liquid level to lift it. Further, the valve plate 61 of a pressure regulation valve mechanism 60 is integrally made into a flat spring by cutting a thin sheet by pressing, and is provided with a closure part 62 having a pressure-receiving surface; and a plurality of leg parts 63, 64, 65. A relief passage 38 is opened/closed by functioning the leg part as a spring by a pressure received by the closure part 62. The leg part 63 is formed such that a spring constant is different from the other leg parts 64, 65, and when the valve plate 61 is opened, a portion of the closure supported with the leg part 63 with the smaller spring constant is firstly opened, that is, is single side-opened.
