PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a vehicle body in a fore-and-aft direction between a pair of right and left rear side frames. SOLUTION: On a floor panel 1, a storage recessed portion 6 projected downward and opened upward is formed between the pair of the right and left rear side frames 10. On an upper surface of the floor panel 1, an inside seat slide rail 30 extending in the fore-and-aft direction is fixed on an extension track to a front side of the storage recessed portion 6. A rear end portion of the inside seat slide rail 30 has a backward extending portion 30d extended backward so as to superimpose with the storage recessed portion 6 in a plane view and projecting to the storage recessed portion 6. The backward extending portion 30d and a bottom surface portion 6a of the storage recessed portion 6 is coupled by coupling member 51 (781, 81), and a lower side of the backward extending portion 30a is used as an article storage space 55 for a jack 56 and the like.
