<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic discharge structure of a cosmetics case which facilitates manufacturing of a mold, which reduces producing cost by decreasing an assembly processing of a cosmetics case, and which makes refilling of cosmetics possible when cosmetics are exhausted. <P>SOLUTION: Cosmetics included in a receiving part 11 instantaneously moves to an inner space part 24a forming a cone type elastic part 24 through an opening hole 28 by pushing and raising an inner moving body 10 and simultaneously compressing the receiving part 11. As the inner moving body rises to a top, a vertical rod 27 rises and an inner hole 22 opens, while the cosmetics moved to the inner space part 24a is discharged to a brush 43 through a liquid discharger 42 from the inner hole 22. When the power imparted to the inner moving body 10 is released, the inner moving body 10 declines and returns by an expansion of a cone type elastic part 24 forming a middle member 20 and a repellent force of a spring 41. The vertical rod declines and seals the inner hole 22, with the closed opening hole 28 opened at the same time, preventing the cosmetics stored in the receiving part 11 from being discharged to the brush 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
