The present invention relates to an electrolytic deflashing method and a strip type component and a device thereof capable of improving deflashing efficiency by applying power to the strip type component. The electrolytic deflashing method comprises a step for touching a brush shape electrode to the strip type component which facilitates dispatch in a state of parsing an infinite dispatch belt; a step for enabling the strip type component to be a negative pole by applying the power from the brush shape electrode and enabling a separate insoluble conductor electrode to be a positive pole; and a step for exfoliating flash from the surface of the strip type component by applying the power between the negative pole brush shape electrode and the positive pole insoluble conductor electrode. The electrolytic deflashing device comprises the strip type component, the brush shape electrode which is touched with the strip type component for the negative pole strip type component, and the separate insoluble conductor electrode having the positive pole.
