<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a scrapbook by preliminarily performing simulation. <P>SOLUTION: A user performs access to a scrapbook server 5 by using a computer 1, and performs simulation for creating a scrapbook by attaching a component image such as a photographic image and a decoration image on a pasteboard image by using a scrapbook image created by a creator 2 as the others on the display screen of the computer 1. An instruction following the simulation is created. The instruction and the pasteboard, photograph and ornaments such as button and ribbon for actually creating the scrapbook are packed in a package, and delivered to the house of a user. The user receives the package, and actually creates the scrapbook by performing simulation while viewing the instruction by using the packed pasteboard and ornaments.
