PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffolding structure of a tower structure which reduces a clearance between a stage and the tower structure to eliminate a fall risk of a worker, a working tool, or the like while enhancing work efficiency and to eliminate a collision risk of the stage and the tower structure even by a strong wind or an earthquake, and which prevents bending stress from being applied to masts. SOLUTION: A plurality of masts 12 for lifting a scaffolding 14 are provided around a chimney 10. The scaffolding 14 has a basic stage 20 formed with a space 24 for inserting the chimney 10. When the clearance between an external wall 22 of the chimney 10 and the basic stage 20 is enlarged in lifting the scaffolding 14 by the masts 12, connecting support beams projected onto the space 24 side are fixed to a number of parts of the basic stage 20, and scaffolding boards 78 are extended over the adjacent connecting support beams 60 and fixed to the basic stage 20.
