摘要 An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag and a clock frequency stabilizing method thereof are provided to include configuration for stabilizing a frequency of a reference clock signal generated from an internal oscillator, thereby preventing increased power consumption when a reference clock frequency increases. An AFE(Analog Front End) block(200) generates/supplies power from a signal received from an RFID reader through an antenna, demodulates a data signal received through the antenna, and modulates/transmits the data signal to be transmitted. An oscillator(202) adjusts a clock frequency according to a reference clock frequency adjustment signal received from a clock adjustor(208) and generates the reference clock signal. The clock adjustor estimates the frequency of the reference clock signal generated from the oscillator by receiving the demodulated data signal and the reference clock signal, generates the reference clock frequency adjustment signal for adjusting the frequency of the reference clock signal to a preset reference clock frequency by determining a difference between the estimated and preset frequency, and provides the signal to the oscillator.
