PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of arranging a liquid material by which color mixing is reduced and the liquid material is efficiently arranged in a droplet discharging method, and to provide a method of manufacturing a display device, a droplet discharge head, and droplet discharge device. SOLUTION: The method of arranging the liquid material M is used for discharging the liquid material M as droplets 8 and arranging the material discharged as the droplet on a substrate 12. The substrate 12 is provided with a first area part 7a and a second area part 7b wider than the first area part 7a and has a first coloring area group 7A provided with a plurality of the first area parts 7a and a second coloring area group 7B provided with a plurality of the second area parts 7b. The method of arranging the liquid material M is provided with a step for arranging the liquid material M on at least one second area part 7a in the first coloring area group 7A and a step for arranging the liquid material M on at least the second area part 7b in the second coloring area group 7B to discharge the liquid material M as the droplets 8 alternately on the first area part 7a and the second area part 7b.
