PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of easily performing conveyance, assembly and adjustment of each part for a short time. SOLUTION: A pair of front and back lower frames 10 to be traveled on a rail, lower frame beams 20 connecting the lower frames 10, front and back masts 30 erected on the respective lower frames 10, a lifting table 40 hung between the both masts 30 and lifted/lowered and an upper frame beam 50 connecting upper ends of the masts 30 with each other are unitized, respectively.
