PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing structure of a thresher, which can quickly treat grain culms clogging a threshing route so that the fixation of an upper case can easily be released at a working position, even when the grain culms clog the threshing route. SOLUTION: An upper case 12 having a threshing cylinder 18 is connected to a lower case 11 having a receiving net 16 in a state that the upper case can be opened and closed over a working position where the threshing cylinder 18 approaches the receiving net 16 and a maintenance position where the threshing cylinder 18 is separated from the receiving net 16. There provided are a fixing means 58 for switching between a fixed state for blocking the opening operation of the upper case 12 from the working position and a releasing state for permitting the opening operation, and a switching driving means 68, 70 for driving the switching of the fixing means 58.
