PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand/reduce a specified range of an obliquely viewed document image photographed with a digital camera or the like by taking distortion into consideration, so as to solve a drawback that a plurality of positions of peak points of a plurality of spots have to be changed and corrected. SOLUTION: An image processor includes a means for displaying an image and a specific range; a means for changing the specific range; a means for acquiring a new specific position from position information showing characteristics of the distortion according to the change in the specific range, and displays the new specific position acquired by the means for acquiring the specific position when the specific rage of the obliquely viewed document image has been changed.
