<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that in a conventional distribution of intellectual property rights: (1) an intellectual property rights holder has difficulty in recovering funds and making profits, (2) only entrepreneur who has funds enough to implement business can participate, so that who has no funds cannot participate although having a will or an ability, and (3) the entrepreneur may hesitate to implement business since it is indefinite to determine the strength of the intellectual property rights or potential of the business. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for distributing intellectual property rights has an intellectual property rights manager part having a fundamental information generation part for generating business simulation fundamental information for industrialization of intellectual property rights information submitted to an application reception part, and a management server part having a section for evaluating the potential of the business in detail on the basis of fundamental evaluation information and a section for generating an intellectual property rights package chart. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
