PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase convenience in the case of performing crime prevention setting to put a crime prevention sensor in a monitoring state, and its temporary release and resetting, and to stop the useless issue of warning in the case of unlocking an electric key at crime prevention setting. SOLUTION: In the case of performing crime prevention setting to put a crime prevention sensor in a monitor state by using an operation part 430 of a living room master unit 4, when the door and the window of a residence are open, crime prevention sensors 3a, 3b and 3c are controlled to non-monitor states, and when the opened door and window are closed, the crime prevention sensors are controlled to monitor states. Also, when the temporary setting release operation of the crime prevention setting of the crime prevention sensor put in the monitor state is performed by using an operation part 432 of the living room master unit, the temporary release of the crime prevention setting is performed, and the issue of warning when the closed door and window are opened, is stopped, and when the opened door and window are closed, the crime prevention sensor is controlled to the monitor state, and the crime prevention setting is reset.
