PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional fabric having raised base yarns without creases, strains, or the like, and capable of providing a laminate having excellent feeling, touch feeling, appearance and adhesive strength by bonding and laminating the fabric to other substrates such as a nonwoven fabric or a foamed urethane and to provide the laminate using the three-dimensional fabric. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional fabric is composed of a pair of right side and back side base structures and connecting yarns connecting the structures. The fabric is composed of a stitch structure in which at least one base structure of the right side and back side base structures having openings is combined and a stitch structure integrated with another stitch structure so as not to have openings as a whole.
